Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Klaviq, including custom software development, web design, and ongoing support. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide custom software development, web applications, websites, and related technical services. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

Proposals & pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated. Payment terms and milestones are defined per project in the project agreement.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and non-proprietary components in future work. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. We deliver software with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will be entirely free of defects.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. Any deposits for undelivered work will be refunded proportionally.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam.
